ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE ASHTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - PORTABLE DEMOLITION & SITE RESTORATION PROJECT
Description
The project manager has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list. The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents. A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Construction Services Department.
Recommendation
That the work performed by Jon F. Swift, Inc. for the Ashton Elementary School - Portable Demolition & Site Restoration project be accepted as substantially complete as of 10/18/2006.
